Shipping & Returns

Please read through our shipping policy to understand all terms before agreeing to purchase

SHIPPING COST

  • Free shipping to US address

  • $50 shipping charges when shipping address is outside of the US and checkout total is under $1200

  • $100 shipping charge when shipping address is outside of the US and checkout total is $1200 and greater

 

COUNTRIES WE DO NOT SHIP TO

  • Germany - No devices or pens 

  • Spain - Plaxpot or Plagen Pens

DELIVERY TIME

  • Please allow 4 - 7 business days for shipping on physical products.

  • Digital goods "Full Course or Device Manual" will be given online access after customer signs legal documents.

REFUNDS

Customer no longer wants product after transaction processed:
  • Product needs to be unopened and unused to qualify for refund.

  • Product needs to be shipped back within 7 days of original delivery date.

  • $75 restocking fee will be debited from original payment. 

  • Customer must pay for return shipping costs.  

  • Return shipments require tracking and signature upon delivery. 

  • Please contact Plasma Perfecting for correct return address.

Customer purchased non-working product:

  • Please contact Plasma Perfecting for trouble shooting.

  • Please contact Plasma Perfecting to receive a return shipping label.

  • New product will be shipped.

IMPORT TAXES AND FEES

Devices

  • Shipping to US address

‣Import and customs fees paid by Plasma Perfecting

  • Shipping to all other countries:

‣ Order amount $1200 and above - Import and custom fees paid by Plasma Perfecting.

‣ Order amount under $1200 - Import and custom fees paid by customer.  We declare all orders under $1200 as "sample" products to limit custom fees.

Pens

  • Shipping to US address

‣ Import fees and customs fees paid by Plasma Perfecting

  • Shipping to all other countries:

‣ Order amount $500 and above - Import and custom fees paid by Plasma

DROP SHIP INFORMATION

  • Devices are drop shipped from EU or USA. 

  • Pens are drop shipped from US or South Korea.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF A DEVICE DOESN'T CLEAR CUSTOMS AND IS RETURNED?

  • If device is denied by your country’s customs, your purchase will be canceled and fully refunded after our factory receives forwarded goods.
