Each pen comes with a 1 year manufacturer warranty from date of purchase. Warranty is only valid when pen is purchased from an authorized seller. Purchasing from third parties such as eBay or Alibaba will does not qualify as an authorized seller and your warranty will not be honored.
If your pen stops working during your warranty please contact us and we will help facilitate the manufacturer's warranty. The manufacturer will ask for photo documentation of serial number and video showing the defective pen.

Certification can be given on case by case bases. Individual must demonstrate fibroblasting knowledge with photo to qualify for Fibroblasting certificate.
